Sayantara - The Place In Nashik For Awesome & Best Sabudana Vada

Sabudana vada basically is a popular fasting dish in Maharashtra which is a deep-fried patty of sabudana and peanut mixture served along with delicious sabudana or other chutney.

Sayantara is a famous place in Nashik which serves Sabudana vada and other fasting items. It was started in the year 1967 by the Bhavsar family and is running successfully till then. Sayantara has served the people for almost two generations and now the third one is continuing the age-old legacy.

It is situated in the most crowdy area and parking space is less. The best way is to park your vehicle and visit the place by walking down.

They serve you freshly prepared sabudana vadas and bondas and the peanut chutney that comes along with it is so delicious. The price for one plate is 25 rs and it contains 2 nug/pieces of sabudana vadas.

Along with vada, you can have other fasting items like fried potato sticks and dink laddoThe aloo bonda is also another popular item in here.

The taste here is unique. Don't expect a very clean environment, but a shop of its size has maintained itself pretty nicely. Just go and enjoy a crunchy vada with coconut chutney. Don't take the parcel, eat on the site to enjoy the original taste that it offers.

Great fan of this place and surely it is a place worth visiting.
